Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dgreen Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company ("Dgreen", "we") is a Vietnamese joint stock company based in Hanoi. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in our services, in line with Vietnam's law on personal data protection.

2. Data collected through this website

This website has no user accounts, no contact form and no analytics or advertising cookies. We receive personal data here only through:

  • Your messages. When you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and what you tell us.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may log the IP address, browser type and time of each visit to operate and secure the site.
  • Web fonts. Pages load the typeface from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. No cookies are set for this.
  • Preferences on your device. The site saves your language and animation choice in your browser. This is not sent to us.

3. Data processed in our services

  • Dgreen app accounts. The driver app carries the Dgreen brand, and Dgreen is the controller of app account data: name, phone number or email, vehicle details, app settings and the history of sessions started from the app. We use it to run the app, support drivers and keep the service secure. Card details entered in the app go to the operator's acquiring bank or a licensed payment provider; we keep only a truncated card number and transaction references.
  • Charging session data for operators. Charging operators that use our platform decide what session data is collected at their sites, such as charging sessions, payments and invoices. We process it as a personal data processor, only on the operator's instructions and under a written contract. When a driver charges through the Dgreen app, we share with the operator the session data it needs to bill, invoice and support that driver.
  • Card payments. Card data is encrypted at the card reader. Our platform keeps only a truncated card number and a transaction reference. The acquiring bank, licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam, pays the charging operator directly. We never receive, hold or transfer payment funds. Our card-data handling is designed to align with PCI DSS.
  • Parking and fleet data. Plate images, vehicle entry and exit records and vehicle GPS locations, processed for the parking or fleet operator on its instructions. Location data is protected as sensitive personal data where the law requires.
  • AI assistants. Documents and questions submitted by customer staff, processed only to provide the service and under each user's permissions. Customer data is not used to train models.
  • Business contacts. We keep names, job titles and contact details of staff at our customers, suppliers and partners.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use personal data to answer inquiries, perform contracts, deliver and support our services, issue invoices, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time. Otherwise we rely on other grounds the law allows, such as performing a contract or meeting a legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • service providers, such as our hosting provider, under contracts requiring them to protect the data;
  • banks and licensed payment providers, as needed to process card payments;
  • charging operators, for sessions started from the Dgreen app, as needed to bill, invoice and support the driver;
  • competent authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not buy or sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside Vietnam

If a service provider stores data outside Vietnam, we follow the cross-border transfer procedures required by Vietnamese law and bind the recipient to protect the data.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed, or longer where the law requires, such as accounting records. Session data we process for an operator is returned or deleted when our contract with that operator ends. Dgreen app account data is kept while the account is open and deleted when the driver closes it, except records the law requires us to keep.

8. Security

We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures, including encryption and access limited to staff who need it. We will report any data breach to the authorities and affected people as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to:

  • be told how your data is processed;
  • give, refuse or withdraw consent;
  • view, correct, obtain or delete your data, or restrict its processing;
  • object to processing;
  • complain, report violations, take legal action and claim compensation.

To exercise these rights, contact Dgreen. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within the time limits set by law. We answer requests about Dgreen app accounts ourselves. Requests about data we process for an operator are passed to that operator, and we help them respond.
